Absolutely Gorgeous and Dripping With Style
At long last, time-traveling, era-bending RPG Cris Tales is almost here. This unique title draws influence from iconic JRPGs but puts its own temporal spin on everything, resulting in a game that spends most of its time existing simultaneously in the past, present, and future. After Cris Tales was slightly delayed from its original November release date, the game now has a solid July release date, and it’s celebrating this achievement with a brand new release date reveal trailer. This video does an excellent job of showing off the game’s gorgeous hand-drawn animation–and its thrilling tone and pacing. The characters are stunning, the art style is beautifully stylized, and the music sets the stage for an adventure like no other. Check it out.
Cris Tales is now available for digital pre-order across platforms, meaning you can place your order now for a copy on Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S. The Cris Tales Collector’s Edition is also now available for pre-order in the US, Canada, and across both Central and South America. Sadly, the Collector’s Edition is not available for pre-order in Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Venezuela, so gamers living there will have to find another way to get their hands on it.
With a unique art style, gorgeous character and environment designs, and visuals so stunning the whole game looks like a cutscene, Cris Tales is all set to take the video gaming world by storm. We recommend that fans of classic JRPGs, RPGs in general, awesome hand-animated games, and neat turn-based battle systems check out this title. A console demo is currently available if you’d prefer to try it out before committing to a pre-order.
