Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World Unveils a New Trailer and Exclusive Limited Editions

We Want a Pepelogoo Now

Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World, the remake of Monster World IV, is chugging away, and to prove it, ININ Games and STUDIOARTDINK have released a new trailer dedicated to the game’s second main character: a cute little round blue monster by the name of Pepelogoo. Pepelogoo is protagonist Asha’s faithful friend, occasional aerial steed, and general puzzle-solving device. He’s also absolutely adorable. Seriously, just look at those big cat ears! The press release phrases it like this: “Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World contains puzzles and adventure elements that Asha and Pepelogoo can only solve together. Some paths seem blocked, but maybe a secret way will open up if Pepelogoo helps? A gap is too wide for jumping? Then Asha can hold on to Pepelogoo and he’ll fly her across it. As Pepelogoo is fond of extreme temperatures, he even stands by her side through the freezing cold and hot lava.”

Now that’s a good friend right there! We want one, and after watching this trailer, you probably do, too. We couldn’t ask for a better companion on a quest to save a happy fantasy world.
