I’ve Done All This Before
When playing a video game, a common element is that when you die or fail, you try again having learned from your previous attempt. If it doesn’t work out, tweak your plan, try again. Every gamer has experienced this at one time or another, but Arkane Studios has made that an integral game mechanic in Deathloop. In the new Deathloop gameplay trailer, a new Visionary is exposed and we see Colt using his various abilities to take them down. Just a couple of more months until this game comes out!
In this new Deathloop trailer, which is almost like a music video, we are shown a taste of everything this game has to offer. Beautiful, stylish environments, inspired abilities, smooth combat and animations, and of course, the Deathloop mechanic itself. We are also introduced to a new Visionary by the name of “Ramblin” Frank Spicer. The trailer is backed by an original song called Déjà Vu by Sencit feat. FJØRA. Publisher Bethesda has announced that Déjà Vu will be available on streaming platforms soon, but it is unclear if that means the next few hours, days, or weeks. If you are excited for Deathloop’s release, be sure to secure your copy and some bonus content either from the pre-order or the Deluxe Edition. Deathloop will be coming out on May 21st for PC and with a one year console-exclusivity deal on PS5.
