“Fans have been asking for a mobile version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 for so long, and we’re thrilled to finally bring it to them,” said Vice President of publishing at Aspyr (Star Wars: KOTOR 2 developer/publisher) Elizabeth Howard. “We’re proud to continue working with Lucasfilm to bring classic titles to modern platforms.” Fans of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 – The Sith Lords will be aware that Obsidian Entertainment took what BioWare and EA started with the original KOTOR and joined with Aspyr to make something even bigger.

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 – The Sith Lords takes place five years after the events of the original KOTOR. The story is focused on the rise of the Sith and the devastation of the Jedi, pitting players as one of the few Jedi fighting to survive. When it releases for mobile, Star Wars: KOTOR 2 will cost $14.99, but players will get an extensive journey out of the deal, in addition to new touch screen controls that are optimized for mobile.
