The latest entry in the Fortnite Icon Series is Travis Scott, who is premiering a brand new track this week! The track will debut in an in-game live show known as Astronomical. This release will coincide with Scott getting his own Skin for sale around the same time.
There will be multiple performances taking place between April 23rd and April 25th. The show is one that’s been built from the ground up in Fortnite, meaning it might make sense as an in-game performance? Marshmello’s show was successful enough, so there’s no reason that Scott won’t blow up in a similar fashion.
The Fortnite Icon Series has brought a number of celebrities and stars into the game, notably Tyler “Ninja” Blevins. The Travis Scott outfits, emotes, and skin will available as of tomorrow, April 21st. Fans who attend any of the shows will also get an Astroworld Cyclone Glider and two loading screens for free. If nothing else, these shows demonstrate yet another way musicians can get their work out there while a pandemic is kicking up a storm. Heck, Scott might even see a significant bump in streams and sales thanks to this event.
