The Rumored Resident Evil Show Appears To Be Real
There have long been rumors swirling about a Resident Evil Netflix series being in the works (in fact, a recent rumor says that the show will begin filming this summer) but this recent show description reportedly found on Netflix’s Media Center might have confirmed that the show is real. The description was eventually removed by Netflix but luckily it was saved before removal.
The description is as follows:
“The town of Clearfield, MD has long stood in the shadow of three seemingly unrelated behemoths – the Umbrella Corporation, the decommissioned Greenwood Asylum, and Washington, D.C. Today, twenty-six years after the discovery of the T-Virus, secrets held by the three will start to be revealed at the first signs of outbreak.”
Going by the description, it doesn’t sound like this rumored show is going to take place in Raccoon City or even have anything to do with it but at least the nefarious Umbrella Corporation is involved!
