2v2 Me on CoD Bro!
Ahead of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s Fall release, PS4 owners are able to play an alpha build of the newest multiplayer mode. This opportunity will only be available for a short time however. The multiplayer mode in question is the new Modern Warfare Gunfight alpha. It is a 2v2 mode where players are placed in a small map with random loadouts. The game mode is designed to be quick 4-5 minute matches, which seems fortuitous since the alpha will only be playable for a few days.
Starting today, right now, PS4 owners can download and play Gunfight for free from the PSN Store until Sunday, when it will end. There will be five maps to play on called Stack, King, Speedball, Docks, and Pine. In promotion of this alpha, Infinity Ward has released a trailer for Gunfight. It shows two teams fighting it out on various maps using various guns. Even though the loadouts are random, all players in the match will have the same loadout.
Once again, the Gunfight alpha is available to be played, right now. If you own a PS4, you can download it and get into it. There will also be a open beta for Modern Warfare starting on September 12th on PS4 and then on September 19th on other platforms. Modern Warfare will be released on October 25th on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
