X-Ray Kill Cam in All It’s Remastered Glory
2012’s Sniper Elite V2 is getting re-released on modern consoles. This was the first installment of the series that used the iconic X-Ray Kill Cam. You know, the one you use to shoot people in the balls. This feature earn praise in reviews and a spot as a recurring feature in future games. Earlier today, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered got its launch trailer. In it, we see updated graphics and all the additional content that comes bundled with it in action, as well as some new additions.
The trailer shows off some new playable characters from the Zombie Army Trilogy. It also contains clips of the multiplayer that we have come to love from the series. V2 Remastered will have a brand new Frame-By-Frame Photo Mode. The four pieces of DLC that are included will be the missions “Assassinate the Führer”, “The Neudorf Outpost Pack”, “The Landwehr Canal Pack”, and “St. Pierre”, all of which were released after the original game.
As this is a launch trailer, Sniper Elite V2 Remastered will be released digitally tomorrow, that’s May 14th. It will be available on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. It will be released by retailers in physical form on May 17th.
