The E3 2019 Nintendo Direct Date Has Been Revealed

Next Month’s Nintendo Direct Might Have Some Big Switch Announcements

The Nintendo Direct presentation for E3 2019 is scheduled for June 11th at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET, Nintendo announced Thursday. According to an official Nintendo webpage, this upcoming Direct will offer “a sneak peek at upcoming games for the Nintendo Switch system!”

When it comes to Nintendo’s other E3 2019 plans, there will also be an Nintendo Treehouse stream, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Splatoon 2 tournaments, and Nintendo booths for E3 attendees to play games at.

Nintendo didn’t hint at which exact games will be shown during the Direct but its possible that the next Legend of Zelda game could be teased, Bayonetta 3 might get shown again, release dates for the new Animal Crossing game and Luigi’s Mansion 3 could get revealed, and more gameplay might be showcased for The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening remake.

There could also be an update for the upcoming (and rebooted) Metroid Prime 4 in order to alleviate any worries that series fans might have about its development.
