Bring the Streets to the Streets, or Something
The folks over at Forza Motorsport developer Turn 10 may have accidentally let it slip that the series may be getting a mobile installment soon.
The folks over at GT Planet noticed that a link appeared in this week’s Motorsport Week in Review directing readers to a description of a new game called “Forza Street.” The link read “Developed in partnership with UK-based studio, Electric Square, Forza Street is built from the ground up to support a wide range of Windows 10, iOS, and Android devices.”
When the outlet contacted a Forza representative, they responded with “we have nothing to announce at this time.”
The aforementioned developer Electric Square recently worked on a game called Miami Street for Microsoft Studios that released exclusively for Windows 10 last year. Considering all the talk going around about Microsoft bringing their games to every platform under the sun, a mobile title for their star racing franchise doesn’t seem too outlandish.
