Jack Black’s Youtube Channel Is Blowing up
A few days ago we told you about some big Jack Black news: he’s starting a gaming channel on YouTube. Now it’s just one week after the big announcement of Jablinski Games, and already the actor and comedian has decimated the 1 million subscriber mark.
I suppose that’s what happens when people know your name. Now the most impressive part of the whole thing is not that his name packs a punch, being an actor and all, but rather it’s the fact that it happened in one single video. As a way of celebrating the 1 million subscriber mark that most YouTubers only dream of hitting, Jack Black took to his new channel to post video number two and to thank everyone for their support. He was also sure to let his fans know that more is on the horizon, specifically “next year”. You can check out the funny video below, featuring a couple jabs at big gamers like PewDiePie.
At this point there has been zero gaming done, however as Jack Black has stated in the video, it’s only a matter of time before Jablinski Games is going to be the place to be. And while he was celebrating 1 million subscribers, at the time of writing his channel is slowly creeping up towards 2 million, currently with more than 1.6 million subs. His original video announcing the channel is currently #22 on Youtube’s trending page, and has close to 5 million views! SocialBlade, a website that tracks YouTube channel statistics is predicting that he will hit 1 billion subscribers in six short months.
