Don’t Expect A New Cyberpunk 2077 Trailer at The Game Awards
Gamers who are anticipating CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 shouldn’t expect the upcoming RPG to make an appearance at The Game Awards on Thursday, according to the studio’s community manager.
“We’re looking forward to seeing all the reveals and announcements during this year’s @thegameawards, however we’re not going to be showing anything there ourselves,” tweeted the community manager, Marcin Momot, today. “We’ll share more details about @cyberpunkgame when we’re ready.”
This is unfortunate news for Cyberpunk 2077 fans but at least CD Projekt Red plans on revealing more info about the game in the future. Its closed-doors demo at E3 2018 certainly blew us away and the subsequently released gameplay demo was so impressive that we couldn’t help but pick it apart for more details.
While this game will be a no-show at The Game Awards, more than 10 new games will be revealed during the show and several 2018 releases are competing for awards in multiple categories.
