Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s November Update Will Add New Questlines

More Odyssey Content Incoming!

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is receiving a bevy of new content later this month. This new content will include two free questlines, new live events for level 30 players, new items, and a massive cyclops to fight. Also, Ubisoft will raise the 50-level cap “by no less than 20 levels”, add visual customization for gear, and include an auto-crafting option for arrows.

In the first questline, “The Show Must Go On”, the player takes on the role of Leonidas in a play about the Battle of Thermopylae and in the second questline, “Divine Intervention”, they’ll meet a mysterious woman who will challenge their mettle with divine trials.

These quests will become available to players after they’ve reached Episode 5 in the main story campaign, according to Ubisoft.

New live events, or “Epic Events”, involving an “Epic Mercenary” or an “Epic Ship” will be challenges for players level 30 and above to take on and there will also be new item packs. The “Odysseus Pack” includes “a new gear set, a new mount, and a new weapon” and the “Odysseus Naval Pack” will have “a new ship design, a new crew theme, and a new [ship] figurehead”.

As for the aforementioned cyclops boss fight, that’ll be available to all players in the form of a quest titled “The Lightning Bringer” next Tuesday on November 13th. Defeating the cyclops will award players with a Legendary Bow.
