Special Edition Diablo 3 Bundle Launches November 2nd
Having Diablo 3: Eternal Collection on Switch is a big deal and both Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment know that. To commemorate their partnership, the two companies have come together to release a special edition Diablo 3-themed Nintendo Switch bundle.
The Nintendo Switch Diablo 3 Eternal Collection bundle will launch on the same day as the game, November 2nd, and will, for the time being, be exclusive at GameStop in the United States. It comes with a download code for the game, a cool Diablo 3 carrying case, and a gray Joy-Con Nintendo Switch with special Diablo artwork adorned on the dock and on the back of the console itself. It goes for $359.99 and can be pre-ordered right now.

As previously announced, Diablo 3: Eternal Collection on Switch packages the core game plus the Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer DLC as well as all content updates. The Switch version also contains exclusive The Legend of Zelda-specific items like the Ganondorf Transmog Armor, a companion Cucco pet, “Echoes of the Mask” Wings, and a Golden Triforce Portrait Frame.
Interestingly, this console bundle launches the same day as the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Switch bundle. That one also costs $359.99.
In related Diablo news, there is some discussion going on that Blizzard might announce Diablo 4 at BlizzCon 2018. “…we have multiple Diablo projects in the works,” said community manager Brandy Camel. “Some of them are going to take longer than others, but we may have some things to show you later this year.” Hmm, guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
