Lego Games, You’ve Come So Far! (Kinda)
Warner Bros. Games has released a launch trailer for the shiny new Lego DC Super-Villains which launches early next week.
The game looks to have a pretty stellar cast of voice actors including the animated Joker himself, Mark Hamill (who usually voices the Joker in the Lego games but still cool!), as well as once-Superman-turned-Vegan Brandon Routh as Shazam, Michael Ironside as Darkseid, and Gilbert Gottfried reprising his role as Mr. Mxyzptlk. Okay so most of those are alumni, but still cool!
The plot sees iconic DC Super-Villains teaming up to save the world from an imposter Justice League called the “Justice Syndicate,” and will feature a customizable main character complete with upgrades inspired by…Ubisoft’s South Park games? I mean, those are great games, I just…haven’t other games…okay, whatever, moving on!
LEGO DC Super-Villains drops this coming Tuesday, October 16th for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. Be sure to check out our preview of the game from E3 and keep it locked to COGconnected for all the latest gaming news!
