Monster Hunter World PC Date and Specs Announced

Monster Hunter World Finally Stomps Onto PC Next Month

After launching for consoles back in January and quickly cementing itself as a Game of the Year contender for many, PC players have been eagerly awaiting a release date, or any information at all, on when they would get to join the fun in Monster Hunter World. Capcom has finally announced a release date for the port and unveiled the hardware requirements to run such a beast of a game.

Monster Hunter World will finally be making it’s way to Steam this coming August 9th with everything the game had at launch on console, with free updates coming along soon after. The game is already up for pre-order on Steam, and doing so will net you the Origin Armor Set and Fair Wind Charm which each have their own defense and attack effects on gameplay. Capcom also says that collaborations and other content that has been on the console versions will make their way to the PC version for free at later time.
