This Weekend Brings Free Games and Online Service on Xbox
Xbox invites everyone to the Xbox Live experience for absolutely no cost this weekend. The Xbox Live Free Play Days lets players without an Xbox Gold membership to feel the paid benefits, temporarily. But in addition to giving you access to the live service, the weekend will bring free games.
As of today, if you don’t have an Xbox Live Gold membership, you can play online regardless. You have from 12:01 a.m. PDT on May 17 to 11:59 p.m. PDT on May 20 to take advantage. In addition to online connectivity, two games will be accessible for Xbox One players. Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six: Siege is witnessing its free weekend; thus, even without membership or owning the game, you can download, log in, and start playing alongside peers. You can also unlock and play Bethesda’s Fallout 4. If you’re not looking to play online, a post-apocalyptic open world may be up your alley. Both games will be available until May 20th.
In related news, Ubisoft is offering users a 50% discount toward Rainbow Six: Siege in the Xbox Marketplace. Incidentally, if you play the game during this free weekend then make a purchase, all gameplay progress shall carry over – There are no drawbacks. Comment down below whether or not you’ll be taking advantage of this free-to-play weekend.
Happy gaming.
