Ubisoft Devs Will Release New Info on Beyond Good and Evil 2
Ubisoft has announced their very first update pertaining to Beyond Good and Evil 2 since it was revealed at E3 last year. Devs will host a livestream tomorrow and bring us new information pertaining to the revived IP.
The Beyond Good and Evil 2 livestream will take place tomorrow, May 3rd, at 9 AM PDT. Ubisoft hasn’t revealed any specifics about the event, aside from the fact that we’ll learn more about the game. Outside of that, the rest is left to our collective imagination. Considering what little we know about the game thus far, any new information seems like good information.
Following Ubisoft’s UbiE3 conference last year, our knowledge of BGAE2 has been limited to concept art and a brief and beautiful demo showcasing the game’s engine. The company has referred to the project as “a massively ambitious RPG,’ which could only entail a long and arduous development cycle. If the game is in as early development as we think it is, the wait for a release date may be long indeed. However, considering the sheer number of devs under Ubisoft’s employment, the company can potentially expedite the process.
There is a chance we could see Beyond Good and Evil 2 on Ubisoft’s stage during this year’s E3. We may know for certain tomorrow, so be sure to tune into their official Twitch channel at the aforementioned time.
Happy gaming.
