Soon Enough, Players Will Be Able to Snapshot the Gorgeous God of War Experience
Sony Interactive Entertainment went ahead and livestreamed God of War, and they decided to preview the highly sought-after photo mode. Alongside hours of shredding beasts of Norse mythology, players shall eventually discover plenty of photo opportunities.
God of War’s photo mode has a robust UI of manipulation, similar to Horizon: Zero Dawn’s. For example, you can change the depth of field, add borders to your perfect shot, and, of course, add filters. You can even personally modify Kratos and his son Atreus, either by adjusting their facial expressions or removing them altogether. Considering the sheer beauty of the game, players can spend hours and hours just endeavoring to get that perfect shot. A sample of the livestream is available for your perusal below.
God of War is available now on the PlayStation 4. You can read our in-depth review to see how the game holds up, compared to its predecessors. In addition, you can visit our feature: “Four Things You Must Do When You Start God of War.” And, for the novice player, COGconnected has posted additional walkthrough videos that can help throughout your journey, the first of which can be found here. We shall be posting a number of these walkthroughs and more throughout the game’s post-launch, so keep it locked.
Happy gaming.
