Call of Duty: WWII just got a bit bigger with the first DLC pack, The Resistance. We want one of our COGconnected readers to get a chance to experience it first hand – so we’re giving away one copy of the DLC for PlayStation 4.
So, how good is this DLC? Well, we’re glad you asked! Our review was generally quite positive. We were happy with the added variety that the new war map, Operation Intercept, brought. The return of the Modern Warfare 3 map, Resistance, on top of the other two new multiplayer maps, was a cool inclusion. And the new zombie map, The Darkest Shore, has an incredibly creepy rolling fog effect that hinders your vision as you travel amongst the various trenches and bunkers while hordes of zombies are clamoring for your autograph. Overall, the DLC package is a nice addition to an already great game.

In our review of this DLC we said: “While the multiplayer maps aren’t exactly breaking the mold, the latest zombies is quite literally killer and whether you’re a fan of the war game mode or not, you’ll enjoy the latest addition to it in Operation Intercept. The Resistance DLC is off to a good start, however, the future DLC need a bit more oompf where the multiplayer maps and content are concerned to make a bigger splash. Sledgehammer would have been wise to wait to release the newest Resistance Division as a part of the DLC and that could’ve made all the difference here. Not a bad addition to a good game, just not fantastic either. I’m looking forward to seeing what the next DLC holds for us.”
