Fans Really Want this Deadly Premonition to Come True, it Seems
Deadly Premonition was a fantastic game from the previous generation that it seems fans have not forgotten about. A Kickstarter campaign was recently launched to create a board game version of the acclaimed hit from Marvelous and SWERY. The campaign, launched by Rising Star Games, hit its original funding goal in nine hours.
Once again, a Kickstarter campaign for a Deadly Premonition board game drummed up $50,000 in about nine hours. As this is being written, the total is up to $103,000. This means the campaign has already hit all but one of its original stretch goals. The final original goal is a new character designed by SWERY himself, which will happen at $125,000. It’s unclear exactly how far this campaign will go, but we’ve got another 27 days to find out.
