Dead Rising Remasters release date, file size and screens leaked
We knew officially that Capcom was definitely working on a bunch of Dead Rising Remasters – they recently confirmed rumours that Dead Rising is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One, and also that Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 2: Off The Record will release for PS4 and Xbox One (it is already available on PC).
Now Xbox Store has given us some further details on the new remasters (with thanks to wccftech.com). Apparently, all the remasters will come out September 13th, 2016. Plus, Xbox Store has revealed the file sizes for the games – well, at least for the bundle, which weighs in at a not-too-bad 8.08 GB.
We don’t know much more yet about what the remasters will bring in the way of additional content or gameplay features, but as with all remasters, there is the assumption that visuals will be spruced up to meet the expectations of current-gen players. Here are some screenshots so you can judge for yourself:

We’ll keep you posted on any news of the Dead Rising Remasters. But if you are a fan, you no doubt are aware that Dead Rising 4, the latest title in the series, is expected to hit PC (via Windos Store only) and Xbox One this Holiday season. After Microsoft’s exclusivity agreement with Capcom ends, the game will release on Steam early 2017, and PS4 sometime in 2018.
In Dead Rising 4 the player once again assumes the role of photojournalist Frank West. West has returned to Willamette, Colorado during the Christmas season, and – surprise! – he finds that the town has been overwhelmed by another zombie outbreak. Don’t you hate when that happens? We’ve been following the game’s progress all along, starting back in 2015 when we noticed that Capcom Vancouver was hiring for a “new project.” And just recently, we showed you some new screens of the game. Stay tuned as always for any further news!
