Microsoft Studios and Moon Studios today announced that players on Windows 10 and Steam can enter the world of Nibel in Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition on April 27.
PC gamers will experience the multitude of new areas, difficulty options, and gameplay upgrades that should appeal to both new and seasoned “Ori” players.
Current owners of “Ori and the Blind Forest” can upgrade to the “Definitive Edition” for $4.99, while all new players can pick up the full game for $19.99.
If you already own “Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition” on Xbox One, your saves and progress will sync across Windows 10 and Xbox One – unlock abilities and explore the world on your productivity PC at work or on the go, and then resume where you left off when you’re back on your Xbox One at home.
We recently reviewed Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Edition on the Xbox One and said this about the game:
“Ori and The Blind Forest was a sleeper hit of 2015 and for good reason, it is a challenging yet remarkable platforming experience that is hard to put down. Everything from the art work to the captivating storyline, Ori and The Blind Forest delivers an unforgettable experience. The Definition Edition is the perfect reason for anyone who missed the game the first time around to jump back in but is also a fabulous reason for fans to take Ori through the forest one more time.”
