According to EA CFO Blake Jorgensen, Mass Effect Andromeda will miss its expected 2016 release, and will instead be available in EA’s 4 quarter which runs from January to March 2017. The news came unexpectedly at a Morgan Stanley Technology Conference in San Francisco where Jorgensen was speaking, but seeing Andromeda delayed is not unexpected in the current gaming release climate.
Mass Effect is one of the most successful RPG franchises in history, developed by by Canadian studio Bioware.
