Halo 5 Campaign Designer Leaves 343 to Work on Uncharted Writer’s Star Wars Game

In a surprise move it looks like the Senior Campaign and Sandbox Designer for 343 Industries Halo 5: Guardians has decided to jump ship. In a Twitter message, Scott Warner, the Game Director for Visceral’s upcoming Star Wars game made the announcement. Of course we all know that to be the same Star Wars game that Amy Hennig of Uncharted fame is currently writing. Brad quickly responded thereby confirming the move.

Sadly we’re still in the dark as to what exactly this new Star Wars game is going to be about. There have been rumblings that it could be the comeback of the previously cancelled Star Wars 1313 but there’s been no confirmation of that. The team at Visceral have also made previous mention that the game their working on could include both Boba Fett and Han Solo. In turn, some rumours would suggest that it may be centred around our favorite intergalactic smuggler. Seeing as Amy Henning wrote what could be considered a very similar character in Nathan Drake this would be well suited to her talents.
