According to the “Rise of the Tomb Raider” Steam Store page, it appears the game will hit the online service at some point in January 2016. No specific date is given.
Rise of the Tomb Raider was initially only released on the Xbox One; however, it was well documented the game would eventually hit PC and PS4. Well the time is coming for PC gamers.
Neither Crystal Dynamics nor Square Enix have announced an official release date for the PC version. Officially, the PC edition of Rise of the Tomb Raider is coming sometime “early 2016.”
