Deadpool Coming to Xbox One and PS4 in HD Re-Release

In an obvious effort to cash in on the much ballyhooed (and for good reason!) Ryan Reynolds flick it looks as if Activision is set to drop a polished up version of 2013’s Deadpool on current gen consoles. As per the normal with these sorts of releases we’ll also see all the extra content thrown in for good measure. This includes a couple of  Challenge maps, extra skins and the Infinite Mode which has players fend off endless waves of enemies with no time limit.

If it weren’t for the pending movie release it would be doubtful we’d see this release at all. Deadpool was originally released to lukewarm reviews (although our editor Shawn enjoyed the ever-loving crap out of it) and was eventually pulled from all online stores due to some sort of licencing issues. It has since returned to Steam and will now hit your current gen consoles on Nov. 17th. Let’s just hope this re-release fares better than the much criticized Prototype: Biohazard Bundle that Activision unleashed last month.
