COGconnected Presents Press X To Podcast – Episode 9
Its’ been (presumably) seven long sleeps since you last had the chance to listen in on what Paul Sullivan, Shawn Petraschuk, and Trevor Houston had to say about the world in video games, which means you must be itching to dive right in! This week Trevor went through his old games and jumped into Dead Space, Paul played Into the Breach, and Shawn jumped into Crackdown in anticipation of Crackdown 3 due to come out this year! The guys discuss how this could very well be Xbox’s year depending on the success of Sea of Thieves, Crackdown 3, and the next entry into the Forza franchise.
Diving right in, the boys talk about time management in video games when you have a full life, the controversial streamer who admitted to doing something horrible without remorse, and the massive success of Monster Hunter World. The rumblings of Diablo 3 on the Switch pop up, as well as ESRB announcing a new label to include microtransactions and loot boxes as warnings – but just how effective will that be? As always, be sure to listen in for the stellar Press X Perfect List this week, and Paul, Shawn, and Trevor address a very serious question from this weeks email about video games and current events. For all this and a whole lot more, check out this weeks edition of Press X To Podcast: Episode 9 – F*** It, I’m Getting The Bottle.
