Grand Theft Auto VI Details Surface
One thing is for certain Grand Theft Auto VI has yet to be confirmed in any way. Why would it be? Grand Theft Auto V is still going strong. As we told you last month, Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online passed 90 million units shipped. There is; however, little doubt that Rockstar Games is working on a new entry in their most popular series but it won’t be out for quite some time.
According to a new report, some details have already surfaced. That said, all of this needs to be taken with a huge grain of salt as nothing has been confirmed by the publisher.
“The Know” recently shared a new video where they reveal information given by a source that apparently wishes to remain anonymous. According to this anonymous source, Grand Theft Auto VI will be set in Vice City.
The source also reveals the game will star the first female lead character in the series. The source did not reveal if there were multiple lead characters like we saw in in Grand Theft Auto V. There was also no information when it comes to the game’s storyline. That said, some missions will also take players to South America.
According to the video, which you can see below, Grand Theft Auto VI is still a long way from release, launching in 3-4 years. Considering Rockstar Games is working to finish off Red Dead Redemption 2, we don’t expect to hear anything official in quite some time.
