But this latest project has launched in response to the gaming industry. Ashes of Creation is a massive fantasy MMO developed by Intrepid Studios and, naturally, it aims to redefine the genre with your help. Despite a year of development, Intrepid Studios waited until now to request community engagement. Now they want to expand and expedite the project, hoping to deliver the best MMO experience. Hence, this new Kickstarter campaign.
As stated in the video, the idea is an ideal experience: no micro-transactions, more than a skeleton world, and a unique narrative for players. Everything with fully realized PvP, in-game economy, and the element of player choice. All in all, we could be looking at one of the best MMO games in a long time.
Furthermore, during the month-long Kickstarter campaign, Intrepid Studios will be hosting all kinds of events and livestreams. Followers shall obtain some insight into the development, narrative, and more. Not to mention, backers will receive all kinds of in-game rewards, as well as exclusive access to different phases of the beta; it all depends on your contribution.
