New Meaning to Cutting Labor in Employee Recycling Center

Indie Adventure Puzzler Employee Recycling Center Is All About Cutting Costs

You might think cutting labor means slashing man hours to save costs, but the latest title from developer Idea Cabin brings it to a whole new, creepy level in their latest VR title: Employee Recycling Center. Idea Cabin announced the upcoming release of its creepy adventure/puzzle horror on PC for May 15th, leaving us only this slightly unsettling trailer to go by:

Little is known about the game, save for the fact players will experience it as a less-than-fortunate employee who has been abandoned by their co-workers after some manner of terrible accident in the factory. You will be tasked with solving puzzles and interacting with your environment to uncover the truth of what happened, all while fully immersed in VR. Considering what we see in the trailer and the name of the game itself, it feels fairly safe to assume that Employee Recycling Center is going to get a little more disgusting than some people are ready for in VR.

As if the price for Employee Recycling Center wasn’t already good enough (said to be $0.99 USD), Idea Cabin is further cutting costs to gamers by offering the first five planned DLC packs of 2017 for free. Touted as featuring over 500 unlockable Steam achievements, this will definitely be an achievement hunters dream – or nightmare.
