Alan Wake to See its Last Days on Steam – Get it While you Can

Just a Few Days Left to Own a Great Game

Remedy Entertainment’s classic is hitting the fan, though not by their own making. The classic horror-adventure, Alan Wake, is seeing it’s last days on Steam. Therefore, this is your last chance to own one of the best games of 2010.

Alan Wake

Alan Wake is one of few games that held on to linear gameplay. In so doing, it kept its compelling adventure and enrapturing narrative. A bit of freedom of suspense was all you needed when open-world games became all the rage. But despite its place in gaming, the psychological thriller is seeing its final days.

Publisher and Developer Remedy Entertainment announced that May 15th is the last day we’ll see Alan Wake in stores. This is on account of “expiring music licenses.” On that note, this is also your last chance to play a great game with a great musical score. Don’t miss out on the fantastic soundtrack that complimented such a dark story.

And to make things easy, Remedy even announced its Sunset Sale where you can get a 90% discount starting May 13. Seriously, there’s literally never been a better time to own this game. The best time and the last time. So get it while it still exists. Here’s the steam page where you will find Alan Wake on sale: http://store.steampowered.com/app/108710/Alan_Wake/

As we witness the end of an old relic, we can simply look to our libraries for comfort. Beyond that, we can look forward to future games from Remedy Entertainment. Currently, they’re working on a new IP for all platforms called “Project 7,” and you can expect more info on that as it comes.

How do you feel about the last days of Alan Wake? Too sudden? Comment your thoughts down below.
