The Force is Strong with the EA Access Vault as Star Wars Battlefront Joins the Lineup

Star Wars Battlefront is the Latest Title to Join the EA Access Vault

If anyone ever asks you which subscription service offers you the best bang for your buck it is becoming more and more apparent that EA’s ‘EA Access’ program might be the clear winner. Already boasting a huge lineup of EA’s best they have just added Star Wars Battlefront to the EA Access Vault roster. Originally released back in November 2015 it has seen a fairly successful year and despite the criticisms leveled its way is bound for a sequel. One of the biggest things that will be coming to Star Wars Battlefront 2 is the addition of a single player campaign which is something Titanfall 2 certainly benefitted from over its predecessor.

Reviewed by COG’s own Paul Sullivan he summed up his experience with Star Wars Battlefront saying, “It’s an extremely polished and tight shooter that offers an unparalleled experience in the Star Wars universe. For 10 hours, you’ll be thrilled. Beyond that, you’re going to run out of things to do. But those 10 hours are a blast.”. A fair assessment for the release of the game we’ve seen a ton of content added via DLC since then so there’s certainly more on the table these days. That being said, the DLC isn’t included as part of the EA Access Vault package… but you would save 10% on it should you purchase it. Another perk of being an EA Access member.

It’s hard to argue with the price of free (or the price of the year-long subscription, more likely) and those of you who have yet to face off on the Planet Hoth or various other Star Wars locales really have no excuse not to anymore! This will likely be the last big addition to the EA Access Vault for 2016 but judging how the last year has panned out it looks like 2017 should be another great one for subscribers.
