With so many explosive titles this year and some stiff competition in the form of Forza Horizon 4, you might have somehow overlooked Ubisoft’s latest step into the racing genre. The Crew 2 has been making waves in more ways than one, seamlessly combining racing in cars, boats, and planes in a single race with some incredible cool effects. While it still remains to be seen the level of depth The Crew 2 will bring, we still got a chance to try out a full race and see what the game is all about. The Crew 2 is an open world multi-styled racing game, combining racing on land, sea, and air in a single race with a variety of vehicles to choose from.The story is nonlinear and the driver and vehicles are all customizable. The world map is a scaled down version of the United States, as the player attempts to gain fame and fortune by competing in races across the country with everything from drag racing to drifting, offroading, and freestyling.
