Electronauts Gameplay and Impressions
With VR still looking to find solid footing in the gaming market, it’s a great time for developers to experiment and explore new avenues of gaming in the virtual realm. First person shooters are of course the bread and butter of the medium, but we have seen those done extensively thus far; where is the risk? Where is the fresh new idea? Electronauts is a game that looks to change up the VR field by mixing it with all the tools needed to create your own EDM tracks in crisp, responsive, and creative ways. Haven’t heard of Electronauts yet? We’ve only had our hands on it for a short while, but you can see our first impressions and some fantastic gameplay below.
Electronauts is a VR EDM creator that allows you to take existing EDM songs or craft your own with all manner of tweaks and edits through fun and creative interactive means to make something original. The game is designed to make even the attempts of novice musicians sound phenomenal with auditory connections that make sure you don’t kill the beat. The game also features a number of EDM musicians whose sounds you can mix and be inspired by.
