It’s that time of year again, you know, when the base game of the newest and shiniest Call of Duty title gets a bunch of new content that sucks everyone back in. And just when it might have begun to feel like much of the same game each match you jump into. Of course this year is a little different than previous additional content drops because players have not only received some new multiplayer maps and some new weapons and accessories, but also a brand new way to play Warzone’s Verdansk map. Which means that actually, players are receiving not just one update for Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, but also for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s very popular battle royale.
So why exactly should players be excited to jump into a brand new season of Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War and Warzone?
