Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Sailing and Exploration Gameplay

How could Ubisoft ever top themselves with the new bar they raised from Assassin’s Creed Origins? Taking players back to the formation of the Assassins, we had got what is undoubtedly the best game in the series bar none. Ubisoft never backing down from a challenge is looking to make lightning strike twice with the recently revealed Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. Announced at E3 (although leaked online shortly beforehand) and it looks poised to do just that. We went hands-on at E3 and checked out some basic exploration and sailing and wanted you to get a closer look at the finer details of gameplay.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is the latest entry in the long running Assassin’s Creed series. Taking place during the Peloponnesian War, players will control either Alexios or Kassandra – giving players the option for a male or female protagonist – as a descendant of the legendary Spartan warrior King Leonidas. Yes, the one that kicks people into giant holes. Wielding the Spear of Leonidas, you’ll explore Ancient Greece and encounter what is sure to be even more great advancements to the series than Origins had introduced before it.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is set for an October 5 release, and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. for more information, check out the game’s official website.
