Cascarrafa Gym Badge Guide
It’s the fourth stop on our Victory Road journey! Here’s what you need to do to get the Cascarrafa Gym Badge.
This time the Gym Test is a bit more involved. Kofu (the Gym leader) has dropped his wallet, and it’s up to you to return it. You’ll have to travel to Port Marinada, where an auction is taking place. Once you return the wallet, you have to use said money to win an auction. Upon winning, you’re able to challenge Kofu for the Gym Badge.
Kofu is a somewhat tougher customer than you’ve faced up to this point. First, you’ve got to take down a level 29 Veluza. This Water/Psychic type uses Aqua Cutter to great effect. Electric or Grass attacks should finish them off. Next, you’ve got a Wugtrio to deal with. It’s a straight Water type, but Headbutt can still catch you off guard. Finally, there’s a Tera Type Crabominable. Normally an Ice/Fighting type, the Pokemon gains Water type properties when Terastilized. Thankfully, Grass and Electric moves will still get the job done. Once Crabominable is defeated, the Gym Badge is all yours.
