A New FromSoftware Game Is on the Way!
Diablo IV – June 6
Much like Final Fantasy titles, Diablo games come even less frequently as major gaming events. While Diablo III was released over 10 years ago, re-releases and new content has kept the game feeling a lot newer than that. That being said, it is about time we all moved on, and Diablo IV is waiting for us with open arms. For those who have never played a Diablo game, it is the quintessential looter game with great gameplay to boot.
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon
FromSoftware is at it again just a year after their latest hit in Elden Ring. Think of FromSoftware’s latest successes and throw all your expectations aside. Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon takes a big step away from the fantasy setting toward sci-fi. While the track record for Armored Core games isn’t great, FromSoftware has likely learned a lot through their time with their recent successes, which alone makes us extremely excited to see what they can do with Armored Core this time around.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 – Fall 2023
While the first Marvel’s Spider-Man game came out the same year as God of War (2018), the superhero-based title held its own as one of the best of the year, even being my favorite release that year. With the recent releases of other first-party PlayStation titles, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is one of, if not the most anticipated titles coming to the PS5.
