Top 5 Video Games Arriving in March 2020

Top Video Games Releasing in March 2020

So far, 2020 has not had a lot of big releases, but that is about to change with March 2020. With notable delays thus far, and the looming next generation, 2020 is still wide open in terms of what is to come. While the next generation is still over half a year away, March 2020 is here, along with some of the biggest games announced so far.

Doom Eternal – PC, PS4, X1 – March 20

If you like to shoot things, blow things up, and/or rip things apart, Doom Eternal has you covered. Who said that the singleplayer first-person shooter is dead? Doom Eternal is the follow-up title to the highly regarded Doom (2016) and brings more of the same in improved ways. Players once again take on the role of the Doom Slayer as they fly through levels brutalizing enemies with aggressive approaches. Needless to say, if you enjoyed Doom (2016), you will definitely enjoy Doom Eternal.

Half-Life: Alyx – PC (VR) – March 23

It may not be Half-Life 3 proper, but we are finally getting a new Half-Life title. Enter Half-Life: Alyx. Taking place before the events of Half-Life 2, players take on the role of Alyx Vance through the use of VR technology. Said to be the next part of the Half-Life story, Half-Life: Alyx could also be the killer app that VR technology has been waiting for. Leave it to Valve to develop the next part of perhaps their biggest franchise for VR only. From what we have seen so far, Half-Life: Alyx looks to be the real deal, and we can’t wait to see where it goes.
