The Best Video Game Releases for November 2018
The games of November 2018 are upon us after September brought us Spider-Man and October brought us Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Red Dead Redemption 2. The heavy hitters of the holiday season are coming out in full force with some of the biggest franchises in gaming making their returns. Without further ado, let’s go right into the top games to watch out for in November 2018.
Hitman 2 – PC, PS4, X1 – Nov 13
After IO Interactive parted ways with Square Enix, many pondered about the existence of the Hitman franchise especially after the success of the latest iteration. Fortunately, the rights remained with IO Interactive and Hitman 2 is slated to release this month, with Sean Bean revealed as the title’s first elusive target, opening the door for other exciting appearances. As always, players take Agent 47 around the globe in search of his targets, and from our preview of the title from E3, we found that “if you’re even a casual fan of the franchise, you’re going to want to keep Hitman 2 on your short list.”
Spyro Reignited Trilogy – PS4, X1 – Nov 13
Everyone’s favorite purple dragon is making his return, though perhaps not in the way that everyone had hoped for. Though not a new game in the franchise, Spyro is making like Crash with the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, which depending on sales could result in something new for the franchise. For those who have never played the platforming titles, this includes Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage! and Spyro: Year of the Dragon.
