June 2024 is full of high profile remasters, ports, and DLC. The DLC releases this month are so important that they actually makes up our top two entries. Our runner-up this month is the PS5 port of V Rising, which has been a PC exclusive until now. It’s a vampire-themed open world CRPG. 5. Monster Hunter Stories/ Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin – June 14
The Monster Hunter Stories games are turn-based JRPG spin-offs of the action-oriented mainline Monster Hunter games. The first game was a Nintendo 3DS exclusive, while the second has only been available for Switch and PC. On June 14 both games will be available on Switch, PC, and PS4! 4. Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance – June 14
Shin Megami Tensei is the long-running JRPG series that Pokemon ripped off, and Persona spun-off of. Its fifth (or tenth depending which games you want to count) main series entry has been a Switch exclusive since its release in 2021. Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance is a massive upgrade to Shin Megami Tensei V, including a new story path, and most former DLC included in the base game. Best of all, this upgraded version will be available for all consoles and PC!
