Top 5 Video Games Arriving in April 2025
I’m not gonna lie, April 2025 is not a great month for video game releases. There are some great games, but it’s a slower month by modern release standards. Half of the games in this article are former exclusives going to new consoles. Our runner-up is one such title: The Last of Us Part II Remastered is heading to PC, leaving its current PlayStation-exclusive home. 5. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle – April 19
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was recently released in December 2024 to widespread acclaim. But it was exclusive to Xbox Series X/S and PC, which limited its reach. In April 2025, the game is heading to PS5! Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a first-person adventure game with high production values. Although Harrison Ford lends his face to the game, it’s led by Troy Baker’s performance. People loved it, showing that the franchise has a future beyond Ford’s involvement. Indiana Jones and the Great Circle would have ranked higher on the Top 5 Video Games Arriving in April 2025, but we try to keep the top spots for new debuts.
4. Forza Horizon 5 – April 29
Forza Horizon 5 is the final of the former console exclusive games getting covered in the Top 5 Video Games Arriving in April 2025. It has been an Xbox and PC exclusive since November 2021. Forza Horizon 5 is also, arguably, the best racing game on modern consoles. So having it arrive on PS5 will give many new players an opportunity to experience this near perfect blend of arcade and simulation racing.
