Top 10 Tekken Characters (Current and Old) of All Time

Zafina
Origin: Egypt (most likely)
Fighting Style: Ancient Assassination Arts
Zafina’s fighting style is hilarious, if not awkward, to the eyes but her move set is ever so unique. She has only appeared in Tekken 6 and spin-off games, but is memorable based on the way she pulls a punch, positions her kicks, generally moves (crawls) around, and plants her stance. She’s beyond flexible, and almost resembles a spider/snake/scorpion combination when fighting. She is, however, a calm, collected, and fairly clever woman who uses the element of unpredictability to trick opponents into losing their guard.

Tekken 7

Ling Xiaoyu
Origin: China
Fighting Style: Baguazhang and Piguaquan based Chinese martial arts
To say that Zafina uses the element of unpredictability is one thing, but to say Xiaoyu also does so is in quite a different light. She is, without a doubt, one of the most unpredictable characters to fight with tons of pull backs, twists and turns, as well as very fluid transitions from move to move, she’s not a lady you want to underestimate. She’s still very much a child at heart as she has a pet panda and dreams of obtaining enough money to build a theme park, but has slowly focused on issues revolving the Mishima Family, specifically ones related to Jin.

Tekken 7

Jin Kazama
Origin: Japan
Fighting Style: Karate
The one and only, if not the focal point of the Tekken franchise, Jin Kazama. Grandson of Kazumi and Heihachi, and Son of Jun and Kazuya, he truly takes center stage. Something about him is just deep and mysterious with his composure, seriousness, and straightforward nature displayed in basically all aspects of him – the way he dresses, talks, and fights. He doesn’t say much, but the characters around him make him prominent and rather big deal even if he’s largely in the shadows alone. Although on the surface Jin seems cold and couldn’t care less of anything but himself, he’s deep down one of the good guys.
