The Worst List

Homefront: The Revolution

It pains me to list this game on our worst list for May as I wanted to see this 4-year project succeed. Sadly, it doesn’t. The end result is an unsatisfying mess with too many problems to list. Granted, Homefront executes on some good ideas and the second half of the game is much better than the first. Unfortunately, the bad outweigh the good and there is not enough to justify purchasing this underwhelming experience.

The Park

When we call your game less interesting than a walk in the park, you have problem. The Park was just so bad, so bland and so boring. Not to mention is was so short. Our reviewer finished the game in a couple of hours which is pretty bad considering the price point. There is no way we can recommend this and so for this reason it makes out worst of the month list for May.

TMNT: Mutants in Manhattan

Last but not least, the latest Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game makes our worst list. We recognize the game could have been a lot worse but it could have been a lot better. The Turtles have had so many games with some of the most memorable ones going back a couple of decades ago. Mutants in Manhattan tries to recapture some of that magic from the early 90’s, but in the end it ultimately comes up short.
