10 Xbox 360 Games That Need to Become Backwards Compatible

L.A. Noire

Rockstar already knows how much upside there is to rereleasing an Xbox 360 game, as Red Dead Redemption managed to create quite a wave. I’d love to see the developer reach back into their catalog and let Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis shine again, but since that isn’t likely I’ll settle for L.A. Noire. Rockstar’s detective game has its flaws, but it did an amazing job overall. The studio has teased a sequel in the past, and a rerelease would be a good way to gauge interest.

Trials Evolution

It’s been a rough time to be a fan of RedLynx’s Trials series. Trials of the Blood Dragon was a disaster of mixed genres, and Trials Fusion was merely fine. It wasn’t a huge step up like Trials Evolution was to Trials HD, and for my money Evolution is still the best game in the series. Since Trials HD is already backwards compatible, it’d be great to see Evolution get rereleased. That way all of the console Trials games would be playable on Xbox One, and everyone could enjoy the greatness that is Trials Evolution.

Crackdown

The new Crackdown game was announced at E3 2014, and it hasn’t really been seen since. That’s a long time for a AAA title, and it has definitely lost some steam in its hype. It would be a smart move by Microsoft to re-release the original Xbox 360 game in order to spark excitement for the open world title once again. Just make sure it’s the original and not Crackdown 2, nobody wants to relive that disappointment again.
