Mai Shiranui and B. Jenet Are Coming to State of Survival
FunPlus, one of the world’s leading independent game companies, has officially announced an exciting crossover event between State of Survival and the iconic fighting franchise The King of Fighters XV. The collaboration introduces a fresh in-game storyline that blends intense martial arts action with the game’s zombie-infested world and will arrive on 22nd May on mobile devices.
The new story follows Mai Shiranui, who is driven by her pursuit of true martial arts mastery, alongside B. Jenet, who enters the tournament under the sponsorship of GigaCorp. As both fighters push their way toward the finals, the tournament takes a dark turn when several defeated participants suddenly mutate into monstrous forms. What begins as a competition quickly descends into chaos. Faced with a growing threat, Mai, B. Jenet, and even their former rivals from the Settlement join forces to uncover the truth behind the mysterious outbreak.
The event also introduces two new heroes, Mai Shiranui and B. Jenet, each available in Standard and Special Operative tiers. Both versions can resonate with regular heroes, allowing players to enhance stats and unlock additional abilities.
Players can explore a wide range of event activities, including Boss Battles, Story Missions, and several mini-games such as Match-3, Card Collection, Jigsaw Puzzle challenges, and a unique Rock-Paper-Scissors PvP mode. Additional gameplay elements like Monster Hunter and Tile-Matching modes provide more ways to earn rewards and progression bonuses.
Alongside the in-game content, a special H5 event launches on May 22, offering players the chance to earn crossover rewards by sharing the event weekly and inviting friends, including returning players.
Most importantly, this crossover injects fresh energy into State of Survival, blending iconic characters with diverse gameplay experiences for both new and returning players.
