An Iconic Crossover Awaits in Crossy Road Castle
A fresh crossover event is set to bring a burst of charm to gaming, as beloved children’s characters step into a fan-favorite platformer. Award-winning developer Hipster Whale has teamed up with BBC Studios and Ludo Studio to roll out a special Bluey-themed update in Crossy Road Castle. The limited-time event will be available exclusively through Apple Arcade, Apple’s subscription platform.
The event brings characters from the hit children’s series Bluey into the colorful world of Crossy Road Castle. Players can step into a voxel-style version of Bluey’s house and take on a playful obstacle course. And the most important part is that it will feature Bluey and Bingo. The game keeps its signature cooperative gameplay, allowing up to four players to team up in a family-friendly experience.
The crossover also introduces a steady stream of new content. Players can unlock 17 Bluey-inspired characters and hats. As well as face quirky obstacles like mischievous gnomes, and explore 60 replayable levels filled with secrets. New characters, mechanics, and challenges will roll out regularly, encouraging players to return each week for fresh content.
Titled “Bluey and Bingo’s Obstacle Course,” the event will run from May 22 to June 22, with the full update available until July 22. The content launches at 8 AM AEST and remains exclusive to Apple Arcade. Not only that, new users will be able to access the game through a 30-day free trial.
This crossover blends the charm of Bluey with the accessible gameplay of Crossy Road Castle, creating a fun and engaging experience for players of all ages.
