The Uncrowned Enter the Battlefield
It takes more than strength alone to rule a kingdom. At least, that’s what they say. It’s time to prove that you have more than enough wit, tenacity, and mettle to forge your own noble house. Today, Nexon is happy to unveil their upcoming dark fantasy MMORPG, Embers of the Uncrowned. Inviting players to an immersive, dark, fantasy world, this isometric RPG blends tactical combat and RPG player progression as they work to establish themselves as a dignified ruler of a fallen noble house. A press release provides more details on the game. Additionally, a new cinematic trailer gives players a glimpse of just what they are up against. Here’s a hint, it isn’t very friendly.Â
Your house has fallen. In ruins, at the hands of elven invaders, your noble lineage is yours to restore. Of course, in order to do so, you’re going to need to lead your people back from the brink. The only way to see this done is by gaining acclaim and notoriety across the land. Embers of the Uncrowned allows players to build their very own party of loyal companions that they will lead in pitched, tactical, battles. Importantly, these followers can fall under different classes. For instance, the swift Spectral Blade, the crushing Executioner, or the magic-wielding Stormbringer all offer their services to one able to lead them. Interestingly, as players gain power they will transform their land from a humble camp, into a vibrant city as they expand the world and take the fight to the elves.Â
