Underground Garage Fixes Its Way Out of Early Access Later This Month

Time to Tune Up in the Underground Garage

BeardedBrothers.Games and publisher astragon Entertainment have announced that Underground Garage will reach its full 1.0 release on Steam on January 27, 2026. The game blends detailed car tuning simulation with open-world street racing. And the upcoming 1.0 launch promises to deliver a major content upgrade. There will be more cars, a larger engine selection, three race modes including practice, time attack, and race, the complete main campaign, enhanced procedural missions, and multiple gameplay improvements.

Underground Garage

Underground Garage challenges players to search junkyards for abandoned vehicles and parts. Then they must rebuild the cars piece by piece and fine-tune every mechanical detail. Each vehicle consists of dozens of components and features realistic engine wear and body damage. After restoring their cars, players take them into an open world filled with street racing challenges that reward careful craftsmanship and precise driving.

The campaign puts players in charge of a struggling garage after a gang linked to illegal racing and smuggling causes the original owner to disappear. Alongside your colleague Deb, you work to restore the garage, unlock new tools, and workstations. All while expanding your collection of customized vehicles as the mystery unfolds.

“Just as the players in our game have enjoyed constantly tweaking and upgrading their cars, we’ve made tons of changes to Underground Garage during its time in Early Access,” says Olaf Sobczyński, CTO and Producer at BeardedBrothers.Games. “We’ve completely overhauled the driving physics, updated the map, added new vehicles, engines, missions, and more. With the new features we’re adding in the 1.0 release, the game being launched on January 27 is a finely tuned beast!”
